We had a wet time at Bay City State Park over the 4th of July holiday. The rain came down and down and down some more. The entire park was flooded. People in tents had to swim to their cars. Its still winter up here, where is spring? Harrisville State Park is a great place if you are lucky enough to get a site right on the lake shore. This time of year is great for us. Currently, we are back at the Bay City State Park to spend some time with the grandkids before our trip up north.  The kids just love the Spray By The Bay, which is the park’s splash pad. There is also a nice playground as well as the beach on the shore of Saginaw Bay. We all had a blast!       Here I am posing next to the infamous Big Booty Tree. The kids thought this was just hilarious.
